YOUTH SECTOR: GOOD PERFORMANCE IN SERIE C, SUCCESS FOR THE U15s

Another weekend full of games for the gialloblù youth sector has come to an end.

Here are the results for all categories:

SERIES C – GROUP A: VERONA VOLLEYBALL – EAGLES VERGATI 3-0 (25-23; 27-25; 25-21)

Good performance and full spoils for coach Marconi’s boys, who collected the second success of their championship by imposing themselves in three sets against Eagles Vergati. Between the friendly walls, the Gialloblù team showed a good level of play, making up for a start characterized by a few too many mistakes from nine metres. In the first two partials, the challenge was balanced, but the opponents succumbed to the greater continuity of the Scala players, good at closing the practice in the third and final set. Of note are the individual trials of Padovani and Massafeli, who recorded a positivity in attack of more than 50%. Fivepoint walls, instead, for Valbusa.

SERIES D – GROUP B: FIRE RIZZATO – VERONA VOLLEYBALL 3-0 (25-21; 25-12; 25-17)

The Gialloblù formation has not yet managed to break free in the Serie D championship, running into another misstep that has not allowed them to move the standings. Coach Marchesan’s troop showed good game plots in the first set, keeping up with the landlords of Rizzato, who however spread in the following two partials. For the first success of the season, the appointment is postponed again.

U19 INTERTERRITORIAL – GROUP A: VERONA VOLLEYBALL – US CASTELLO 3-0 (25-0; 25-0; 25-0)

Victory at the table for the Under 19 selection, thanks to which he kept the top of the standings. U15

INTERTERRITORIAL – GROUP A: VERONA VOLLEYBALL – DUAL BOXES 3-0 (25-9; 25-8; 25-6)

A choral test without flaws for the team led by coach Murtas, who got the better of Caselle Dual with a peremptory 3-0 that was never questioned. The Gialloblù boys played a very qualitative game, which the guests were unable to counter. During the meeting there were several variations in the sextet, but the result did not change and each performer provided his or her best contribution.

U14 INTERTERRITORIAL – GROUP A: VERONA VOLLEYBALL – BASSANO VOLLEYBALL 0-3 (19-25; 24-26; 14-25)

Within the friendly walls, the Gialloblù Under 14 selection was unable to counter the game of Bassano Volley, who prevailed with the result of 0-3. Despite the setback, coach Pallaro’s boys gave good signals, especially in the first part of the match, where they played on an equal footing with their opponents. Greater difficulties, however, in the third set, where the team from Vicenza proved to be more precise.

U13 INTERTERRITORIAL – GROUP A: VERONA VOLLEYBALL – SOAVE VOLLEYBALL 3-0 (25-18; 25-12; 25-13)

Three victories in as many games played for the Verona team, which confirmed its leadership of its group standings thanks to an excellent performance. Throughout the match, coach Pallaro’s boys found the right understanding, preventing Soave’s opponents from becoming dangerous. Some lightness in the first set, then there was no story in the rest of the match.
