Hi Axel, welcome to Verona. What are your first impressions of the team and the city?
“The city is very beautiful, I haven’t seen much yet, but I’m planning to visit everything. I’ve seen the facility, the gym, it’s all very professional, so I’m really happy I got here.”
What prompted you to choose Rana Verona after the victory of the championship in Bulgaria and the good results obtained by Stoytchev’s team last season?
“I had many opportunities to go to other championships and I also made the choice to come here to get out of my comfort zone and to push myself as high as possible. Italy has the highest level in the world and for I chose Verona for this. In addition, I have the opportunity to work with one of the best coaches.”
What do you feel like saying to new fans?
“I can’t wait to meet the fans and show my enthusiasm. I love the warmth and passion of the fans during matches. I’ll wait for them at the arena to experience the emotions of next season together. “
