With the East Tribuna celebrating Rana Verona’s return to the field, Coach Rado’s boys yesterday carried out their first training session at the Pala AGSM AIM under the curious eyes of over 350 fans who marked the technical session with applause and chants . An embrace lasting about two hours which was sealed by a photo with the players and the technical staff who, halfway through training, climbed the steps of the arena to mingle with the crowd who truly responded with unbridled affection.
The group is not yet complete, given the absence of the athletes involved in the national selections. The first session started with the usual warm-up under Tsetso’s orders, before proceeding with the ball exercises in pairs. Focus on the fundamentals under the watchful eyes of all the technical staff, including the new third coach Federico Fagiani. At the end of the session, a moment of sharing with the public, who has already been able to get to know the new grafts up close between photos and autographs. The training program includes two more double sessions – today and Friday – to alternate strength and unloading work in the gym and technique on the playing field. On Saturday morning, however, the team will carry out a session in the pool.
