Lege 1

The building on Lege 1 is a cultural monument, designed by the renowned architect Georgi Fingov and built in 1914. This historic building is situated not only in the ideal center, but also in the most representative and charismatic part of the capital. The easily accessible and central location is a stone’s throw from the Presidency, as well as from numerous administrative institutions and cultural centres, and provides a wide range of business opportunities and predisposes to an ideal professional and working atmosphere. The Ivan Vazov National Theatre, the National Archaeological Museum and the National Art Gallery are among the most remarkable cultural attractions next door, as well as Garibaldi Square and Vitosha Blvd. with numerous shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. The building consists of spacious office spaces located over four floors with beautiful views over two historic streets in the city centre, Lege Street and Alabin Street. The building includes a basement as well as shops based on the ground level. Our project is for letting shops and offices, as well as a floor for shared and co-working office space in the heart of Sofia.
