This is an exciting and ambitious project aiming to make available a wide range of services, responding to a variety of contemporary needs and modern demands of our guests and partners.

The two-phases of the project, combine on the one hand an administrative & hostel wing, and a hotel on the other. The hostel part will contain hospitality-type rooms, each with a lounge and bathroom facilities. The hostel will contain a total of 150 individual beds and 21 two-bedroom apartments. The administrative section will allow for a variety of admin and office space, including a bank office, dry-cleaning, and public laundry services. The hotel wing will consist of a seven-floor hotel complex, conference rooms, a restaurant area, a covered swimming pool, fitness and relaxation zone, as well as underground parking.
