Just a few more hours and then the spotlight will turn on the first edition of the Jesi Volley Cup, a friendly quadrangular match which will take place in the town of the same name in the Marche region, one week after the official debut in the SuperLega Credem Banca. Rana Verona will be the protagonist at PalaTriccoli together with Cucine Lube Civitanova, Allianz Milano, next opponents also in the season, and Olympiakos Piraeus, winning team of the last Greek championship.
Coach Stoytchev’s team will face this penultimate match of their pre-season – the last test match against Trento is scheduled for 18 October at 6.00 pm at the Pala AGSM AIM – also with the players returning from the long summer with the national teams. Namely the Italians Mosca and Cortesia, the Slovenian Mozic, the Bulgarian Grozdanov and, finally, the Iranian Amin. Rana Verona will open the competition on Saturday 14 October at 5.30 pm against Milan.
